We offer free scan backs to the mortgage or lending company, escrow office, or title office. Scan backs are same-day and happen immediately after signing!

We have the approval, technology, and knowledge necessary to do real estate transactions completely online. We offer RON/IPEN loan signings at no additional cost!

Service Area
We are based in Lakeland, Florida (Polk County) but we travel and serve clients located anywhere in Florida. For our loan signings, we go up to 50 miles for free before charging mileage fees (one-way, we do not count our return trip when assessing our mileage fees).

*Price assumes standard loan signing. We consider a standard loan signing to be: within 50 miles of our location, two signers max, no witnesses required, two sets of documents, and no more than 150 pages per set. Please see additional services fees below if you you do not meet the standard loan signing conditions.

Are you experienced?
Yes. We are National Notary Association (NNA) members that are trained, background screened, and certified. We also have undergone loan signing training through the Loan Signing System (LSS) with Mark Willis. We have all necessary commissions, licensing, and expeirence to complete real estate transactions exactly as advertised.
Do you take last minute requests?
Absolutely. We are available whenever you need us, as long as we have an opening available. Call us for immediate service, or schedule online for future service.
Do you offer service on weekends, holidays, or unconventional times?
Yes. We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year. We can sign a loan at any time and at any place with no extra charge.
Do you work with signing services or third parties?
We do not outsource our own loan signings without prior approval from our client. However, we do accept signings from signing services and other third parties. We offer discounts to allow you to retain a share of the revenue. Please contact us for further details.
