Mileage fees are: from point A (our office) to point B (your location) to point C (the address of delivery). We don't charge you for the trip from your delivery location (point C) back to our office.

Where do you offer your services?
We are located in Lakeland, Florida. We pick up and deliver to any address in the state of Florida, however, this can be costly depending on how far away you are from Lakeland. See our pricing schedule above for more information.
How does the pricing schedule work?
For deliveries totaling 10 miles or less, the fee will be $40. For deliveries totaling 10.1 to 50 miles, the fee will be $40 + $1 per additional mile. For deliveries 50.1 miles and up, the fee will be $40 for the first 10 miles, $1 per mile for miles 10.1-50, and $2 for every additional mile. We total our miles from point A (our office) to point B (your location) to point C (the address of delivery).
For example, we leave our office and arrive at your location to pick up your items. You are 14 miles from our office ($40 + $4). We deliver the item to your destination, which is 13 miles away from your location ($13). The total delivery fees will be $40 + $4 + $13 = $57 for a total of 27 miles.

I do not see any delivery options. how long will it take for my delivery to reach a destination?
All deliveries are made same day (unless you request otherwise). We don't charge for 1 day, 2 day, 3 day, etc. We charge by distance.
Do you charge per item or do the delivery fees include multiple items?
For the most part, no, as long as the requests are reasonable. Delivery fees include multiple items. We charge by the mile and not by the item. We consider reasonable to be between 1-20 items (more or less, depending on their size). If we find your request to be unreasonable or outside the normal scope of business, we can still offer our courier services, but we will need to quote you on a case by case basis.
Are there any restrictions on what you can deliver?
For the most part, no, as long as the requests are reasonable. We offer courier services for mail and packages, not freight. We consider freight to be any item weighing over 75 pounds or bigger than 12 x 12 x 12.
