Per Florida law, these fingerprints must be taken at a law enforcement agency and not through a private fingerprinting service provider. What We Offer
We offer both LiveScan (digital) and Ink Card (physical) fingerprinting for those needing to send their fingerprints to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE), Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), or The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). LiveScan submissions are captured electronically using a high-tech fingerprint scanner with approved software and then sent to the appropriate agency entirely online via electronic submission. As an approved fingerprint service provider for the FDLE, FBI, and FINRA, we use the latest technology to guarantee your fingerprints are captured accurately and professionally and sent for timely processing without any delays.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
how long will my fingerprinting apppointment take?
Your appointment should take between 10 to 20 minutes. Plan for around 15 minutes.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:
- Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, or UnionPay debit or credit cards
- Mobile wallets such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Samsung Pay
- Payment apps such as PayPal, Venmo, or Cash App
- Cash or business checks (sorry, no personal checks)
What do I need to have ready for my appointment?
You will need your valid (non-expired) state issued drivers license or identification card. In addition, you will either need to know your SSN (Social Security Number) or have your Social Security card with you. If the person being fingerprinted is a minor or does not have a valid state issued I.D. card, we will need a parent to supply theirs as well as a birth certificate or other commonly used form of I.D. for the minor (school I.D., passport, etc.) to process their fingerprints.
Why are the fees different for different types of fingerprints?
The FDLE, FBI, and FINRA all charge different processing fees depending on the ORI number or purpose of the fingerprint submissions. Therefore, each fingerprinting type may have a different cost due to higher or lower processing fees.
I do not see my ori number or agency listed as an option. can you help?
Yes. Please schedule your fingerprinting appointment as "Unsure or my ORI/Agency is not listed". We will reach out to you to find out if we can help you with your fingerprinting needs. There may be other less common ORIs that are unlisted on our website that we are still able to help with. Reach out to us by phone, email, or live chat for the fastest response to your fingerprinting inquiry.
How long will it take for my fingerprints to be submitted to the appropriate agency and processed?
We electronically submit your fingerprints to the appropriate agency immediately following your appointment. Fingerprinting agencies (like us) do not have the ability to prioritize any particular submission, and therefore your fingerprints will be processed by the agency that receives them based on the order they were received. It generally only takes between one to three business days for the process to be completed by the receiving agency.
Can I check the status of my submission?
Yes. We will provide you with the appropriate website to track the progress of your fingerprinting submissions and provide you with the TPN or other reference number needed to complete the tracking.

do you offer hard card (ink) fingerprinting?
Yes. We will provide two fingerprint card impressions (FD-258, FD-1164, or other) for $25. Note that the FDLE only accepts electronic submissions (live scans) now. The FBI and FINRA still accept ink fingerprint cards, but this delays the processing of your submission and proves to be more of a hassle. We do not handle the submissions of ink fingerprint cards, you will need to send them to the proper agency yourself.
do you travel/can you come to me for fingerprinting?
Yes. We travel to anywhere in the state of Florida to provide our fingerprinting services and we can easily meet you at your home or office to do your fingerprints. View the "Mobile Fingerprinting Fees" table below under "Pricing" to learn more about cost. When booking an appointment, list your location instead of ours.
