Who will serve my papers?
One of our own licensed and professional process servers will be assigned to serve your papers. We don't outsource our work, allowing us to have complete control over the compliance and professionalism of our servers.

Yes. We have an entire team dedicated to our enterprise solutions. How long until my case is served?
It varies depending on the type of service you have chosen, but we strive to do everything quickly. With our Standard Service, the first attempt is made within 3 days. Rush Service is first attempted within 1 day. Urgent Service is first attempted the same day the order is placed, if it is received by 4pm EST. Urgent orders received after 4pm EST are attempted by 8am EST the next day. Post Service received by 4pm EST is posted the same day. Post Service received after 4pm EST is posted the next day. All of our service times exclude Sunday, due to Florida law prohibiting service on Sundays.
WHat is the law for service of process in florida and do you follow it?
Definitely. All of our process servers are educated by the Florida Association of Professional Process Servers (FAPPS) on Florida law regarding civil service of non-enforceable process. In addition to Florida law, we educate our process servers on the laws of each state so we can successfully serve out-of-state cases in accordance with the laws and regulations governing the originating jurisdiction. We follow the industries best practices and our clients instructions to produce clean, legal, and excellent service of process.
